All cookies are made to order and will take on average 2-3 days after payment is processed. We try our best to complete all orders within the week it was been ordered.
There is a 50% Non-Refundable deposit that is required to reserve the date for your order. Once you place your order, we begin working on your order immediately. Be sure to make your reservation for your date as it may not be available last minute!
We can not accept cancellations 7 days prior to the due date. Once you place your order, we begin working on your order immediately. Product from custom orders that have been used cannot be reused for other orders, therefore there are no refunds on cancellations after full or partial payment is received.
