We can not accept cancellations 7 days prior to the due date. Once you place your order, we begin working on your order immediately. Product from custom orders that have been used cannot be reused for other orders, therefore there are no refunds on cancellations after full or partial payment is received.
All cookies are made to order and will take on average 2-3 days after payment is processed.
